The 60-day delivery guarantee
International shipping can occasionally face delays outside our control. An order is considered officially lost if it hasn't been delivered within 60 calendar days of dispatch. Past that point, you get a free reshipment or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Customs, duties & taxes
EU customers pay no additional duties, VAT is already included at checkout. For orders shipped outside the EU, local customs may apply import duties or handling fees, which are the recipient's responsibility.
Tracking
Every order ships with a tracking number, emailed as soon as it leaves our warehouse. Tracking events usually appear within 24-48 hours of dispatch.
Damaged or lost parcels
Damaged on arrival? Photograph the box and product within 48 hours and email us for a free replacement. Tracking says delivered but nothing arrived? Check with neighbours or your building first, then contact us.
Address & order changes
Changes can usually be made within 30 minutes of placing your order. Once dispatched, address corrections must go through the carrier's self-service redirect option on the tracking page.
