Massima Milano is unable to ship orders to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a complete residential or business address when placing your order.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. Remote areas, islands, customs procedures, public holidays, adverse weather conditions and other circumstances outside our control may result in additional transit time.
All delivery times shown below are estimates expressed in business days.
Free Standard Shipping
Massima Milano offers free Standard Shipping on orders over US$150 after all discounts have been applied.
For customers shopping in another currency, the free-shipping threshold will be calculated using the equivalent value of US$150 at checkout.
Free shipping applies only to Standard Shipping. Orders below the threshold will be charged according to the destination and weight-based rates displayed below.

International Shipping
International orders are shipped through our international courier partners to provide reliable delivery and end-to-end tracking whenever available.
International shipping charges are calculated according to the destination, number of products and total weight of the order.
Orders exceeding US$150 after discounts qualify for free Standard Shipping, unless a shipping restriction or destination-specific limitation is displayed during checkout.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling charges or other fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are determined by the relevant customs authorities and are not included in the product price or standard shipping charge unless expressly stated during checkout.
The customer is responsible for paying any customs duties, import taxes or additional charges required by the destination country.
Customs inspections and clearance procedures may occasionally cause delivery delays. These processes are outside the control of Massima Milano.
Orders Shipped from Different Warehouses
Some products may be assigned to different warehouses or delivery zones.
When an order contains products that must be dispatched separately, more than one shipping charge may be applied. For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, each shipment may be charged according to its corresponding warehouse, delivery zone, destination and weight.
Any applicable shipping costs will be displayed during checkout before the order is completed.
Delivery Information and Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including the recipient's full name, street address, apartment or unit number, postal code, city, state or province, country and contact telephone number.
Massima Milano cannot be held responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, losses or additional charges caused by incorrect, incomplete or inaccessible address information supplied by the customer.
Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery may also be affected by customs procedures, local delivery conditions, public holidays, weather events, transportation disruptions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
